Friday, October 2 – Traditional Bulgarian Cuisine

Dinner featuring a selection of traditional Bulgarian dishes:

Salads: Layered salad with freshly roasted red peppers, Shepherd’s salad, or winter salad with red and white beans, roasted pepper, red onion and Elena fillet.

Main courses: Chicken roulade with creamy mashed potatoes and sauce, pork with roasted vegetables and mushroom sauce, Kashkaval cheese in filo pastry, or Bulgarian-style baked cheese with tomatoes and peppers.

Dessert: Crème caramel with a scoop of ice cream or homemade biscuit cake.

Saturday, October 3 – AN EVENING TO REMEMBER

A special evening at The View with Georgi Dachev | DO SHO, live music and a beautiful seaside atmosphere.

The cover charge includes a salad, 50 ml of fruit brandy or Burgas Muscat, or a glass of wine, plus mineral water.

The package is valid only from October 2–4, 2026 and is available for all types of studios.
