BUYING PROCESS
There are two ways to choose your desired apartment: online or book an appointment and visit us on-site. In order to book your apartment, a deposit of 5,000 Euros will be required, with which you declare your decision to purchase. It is retained for a period of 10 days, during which time the documentation is drawn up and the purchase and sale contracts are concluded. The rest of the amount is paid within the terms defined and approved by both parties.
Important clarifications:
- Ownership is transferred to you when you receive permission to use the property and pay the full amount for it.
- There are additional costs that are charged when buying real estate in Bulgaria, on the day of the notarial transfer of ownership, the buyer pays various fees, such as notary fees, registration fee and a local tax, which are determined according to local regulations.
